Welcome
The
UNC Developmental Biology Training Program is proud to announce
its second annual
Developmental Biology Symposium. The day’s
events will include seminars from several UNC faculty members,
poster sessions featuring the work of UNC graduate students and a series of short presentations of
post-doctoral and graduate student research.
The UNC Developmental
Biology Training Program is affiliated with the Carolina Center
for Genome Sciences.

sessions will showcase the variety of developmentally related research
interests at UNC. Abstracts are currently being accepted to for poster presentations
Registration
Registration has closed.
The
fee for registration is $5.00 for UNC Graduate Students, Post docs and Undergraduates and $10 for UNC Faculty and Staff and non-UNC affiliates. The fee includes lunch. Fees can
be deducted
UNC accounts, VISA and Master card.

Directions
From 15-501 by-pass South, (from Durham) Cross over Hwy 54, and at your second light
turn right onto Manning Drive. Turn right at the first stoplight
onto Ridge Road. Turn left onto Stadium Drive. Take the second
left into the circular drive in front of the George Watts Hill
Alumni Center. Pull up to the Parking Booth (see below)
From
15-501 by-pass North, (from Pittsboro)
Take 15-501North over the bridge where it becomes Columbia St. Pass Manning
Drive then turn right onto South Road. Turn right at the Bell Tower onto Stadium
Drive. Pass Kenan Stadium on your right; take a right into the circular drive
of the George Watts Hill Alumni Center and proceed to the Parking Booth (see
below).
From
Raleigh
On I- 40 Take Exit 273A (Dean Smith Center) toward Chapel
Hill & UNC. You
will be on Hwy 54 West (called South Road on campus). This will
bring you directly onto UNC Campus.Turn left onto Stadium Dr.
at the Bell Tower. Pass Kenan Stadium on your right; turn right
into the circular drive of the George Watts Hill Alumni Center
and proceed to the Parking Booth (see below).
If
coming from Greensboro on I-40
Take exit 273, turn right onto Hwy 54 West and follow above directions.
Parking
Booth
Pull
up to the booth to obtain a parking permit (needed only Monday
through Friday 7:30am to 9:00pm). Proceed to Stadium Drive (left
or right) and park in one of the spaces on the Club side of the
street marked "Carolina Club Visitor Parking, Permit Required’.
